Having worked in schools for the last 18 years, as a headteacher and executive headteacher, I‘m in a unique position of understanding the strengths of headteachers and leaders, the pressures they are put under and the struggles between wanting to stay or leave the profession.

How does it work?
Coaching is a two-way dialogue where the intention is to involve the other person in finding solutions through a process of setting goals, effective questioning, listening and appropriate challenge in a supporting and encouraging climate.
